Nusantara 1.0

For my final year project I have constructed an ultrasonic following robot. I called it Nusantara 1.0. A lot of my pocket money have been invested in this project. I had to sacrifice my social time with friends just to complete this project.

I bought PIC starter kit from Fared. Alhamdulillah finally I get to learn how to programme my robot. My aim after submitting my project this December is that I am able to be fluent in C language. So that I can put that skill in my resume. Gonna make my resume look yummy.

When my friends contacted me, 'jom chill'. I had to refuse their invitation. Kinda jealous to see people having to go out and chill. Whereas I had to go out early in the morning, stayed in the lab until late nights. I think this is my turning point. Finally the sense to become a wise and responsible young man.

There are a lot of projects that I had in mind. The nearest one is the Nutti Tin project. My first experience to the world of business.

At my age, I feel I am the one who supposed to treat my parents during eat outs. Most of my friends are working, getting married, involved in business. So this kind of motivation, to be on par with them.

But who am I doing this, for who? To make my parents proud, I know. For Allah, I know. But still, there is a hole in me. A hole that can never full.

It is depressing at times.
